The product must be used in conjunction with a Raspberry Pi 4B 3B+ and a PoE switch (or PoE injector)
The Poe Hat is designed with a non-isolated power supply. Make sure you don't need this feature before you buy it and it won't affect you in any other ways.

The Poe Hat can power The Raspberry Pi by one ethernet cable, it do not the separate power adapter. But you also need to have a POE switch(or POE injector) to make it work.
The POE HAT integrates cooling fan for better cooling effect.
In order to limit the HAT height for use in PI Cluster, the GPIO Header is not installed. But it comes with a GPIO Header that you can solder by yourself.
It is slim design,and it can be installed in the official Raspberry PI 3B+/4B case.
