Epsom Bath Salts Spa Natural Magnesium Sulphate Relax Muscle Joints Aches Pain Ocean breeze Flavour

Epsom Salts are named after the saline spring in Epsom, Surrey where they come from but they aren’t actually ‘salt’ as we know it. Epsom salt is a pure mineral compound of magnesium sulphate in crystal form, so it looks a lot like salt but it actually has no sodium chloride.

Epsom salts have a very high concentration of magnesium, which is an essential mineral for the body. A high concentration of this mineral means that Epsom Salts are particularly good at flushing out toxins, relieving muscles after exercise, easing fluid retention & aiding general well-being.

Epsom Salts can help revive aching muscles & ease fluid retention but we do advise speaking to your doctor first just in case & ensuring the temperature of your bath water is comfortable but not too hot.
