Original power door lock actuator. Pulled from Mazda 626 1984. Will fit 83-87 models, may be others too.
It was tested by applying 12V to contacts and it moves in both directions when switching +/- voltage.
I'm not sure which door it's for. Please, check photos. I can do measurements if you need.
