Notice

1. The hard materials need to be filtered out of the raw material for oil extraction.

 

2. Crushing the large raw material (such as walnuts class) into small particles first. 

In this way you make it easier to put the material into the virgin bore.

 

3. Before oil extraction of raw materials required, the moisture in the raw material 

need to be removed. You can to heat them over medium flame with the microwave for 

about 5 minutes (half-cooked) or in other methods, otherwise it will affect the oil yield.

 

4. Switch the thermostat for 3-5 minutes to warm up, improving the crushing effect 

before crushing.

 

5. During oil extraction process, the virgin bore slag mouth part becomes hot. 

Don’t touch the virgin bore slag mouth to avoid burn.

 

6. During oil extraction process, don’t put fingers into the hopper.

 

7. Do not stop immediately after pressing. It need to be continue to operate 

the machine for several minutes, until the diesel or residue is squeezed out 

of the machine. Removing the virgin bore and cleaning after pressing the 

reverse switch key for several times. 

 

8. After stopping work, virgin bore and pressing screw shaft should be promptly 

removed and cleaned, then reassembled.

 

10. keep the oil squeezed in a cool place away from light. Eating in one or 

two weeks in order to be nutritional healthy and delicious.

 

11 The mini-pressing machine only applies for extracting peanuts, sesame, rapeseed, 

sunflower seed, flaxseed, walnut.

 

12. Soybean oil, corn oil are generally used Chemical leaching to extract. 

the machine is not applied for hard-pressed oil crops such as soybeans, 

corn, etc., in order to avoid damage to the machine.
