We offer a 30 day no fuss refund policy. All items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and the buyer must pay for all postage costs associated with delivery and return. Once we receive the returned item/s we shall issue a refund.

We only sell Premium Quality Balloons from Australian and USA suppliers,  which undergo strict quality control and are checked by the manufacturer prior to packaging to ensure there isn’t a problem when inflating with Air or Helium. Please understand that special care and skill needs to be taken when inflating balloons as over inflation or inflating too quickly can cause the balloon seams to burst or develop a slow leak. Also note that fluctuations in weather conditions can sometimes cause premature deflation of balloons (this is not a fault or problem with the balloon itself but just due to temperature variations). Sydney_VIP_events can not be held responsible for this as we are not inflating the balloon.
