Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

The waist measurements are without cinching up the waist but they can all be cinched up 4" tighter easily. Inseam was measured from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg cuff. Made by a Czech military contractor for the Czech Military in the 1960's to the mid 1980's. Constructed from a heavy quilted cotton blend.

Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days. Return shipping is only paid by me when I made a serious mistake in the listing description. I encourage you to use the photos as part of the description. The zoom feature (holding the mouse over the photos) works great for close-ups.
