We will try to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being received.

Delivery will be to the address specified in Your Order only in the UK mainland. We offer a variety of delivery options but We shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product, if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond Our control.

When placing an Order, please bear in mind, we are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and Orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver. 

We aim to deliver all mainland UK first class delivery Orders within 1 working day of the order being dispatched.

We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.

ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays).

REFUND & RETURN:

We work hard with all our customers to ensure that they are getting an excellent shopping experience. Refunds are available for returned items. We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. If you do have a concern or want to return an item, please contact us before opening a return case. Return cases negatively affect selling accounts and we will professionally handle your concerns/returns.

 RETURNS POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay. Then we will ask you to send the item back, so we can check it and then we will send you a replacement and will pay the postage costs through PayPal. Please put eBay user id in package along with a note. For unwanted goods, items must be returned in resalable condition at the buyer’s cost, we will then only refund item cost not postage paid.
