Payments and Sales Tax...
PayPal (preferred): With PayPal, you have the option to pay using your Debit or Credit Card. Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, which will allow me to ship your item the soonest, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions. You may combine other items won to reach the “Free Shipping” threshold.
Other forms of payment may be accepted and this may change from time to time. Please refer to the listing's "Shipping and payments" tab for any changes to the above paragraph.
In the case of a “BUY IT NOW” auction, only PayPal Instant Payment will be accepted and you must complete the transaction immediately. Otherwise, the item will remain for sale.
Unless prior arrangements have been made to continue an open multiple items invoice, you must complete the checkout process within seven (7) days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. - Economy Shipping provides no tracking information.
Risk of loss in transit and non-delivery risk are the
buyer's responsibility.
- Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping include
tracking information as part of the cost, but are more
expensive than Economy Shipping.
- While none
of these methods guarantees delivery, both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping provide
an added level of protection / peace of mind in that if
the mail piece is lost, the carrier has an idea of where
to start looking for it.

About the Seller...
I am a life-long collector of stamps; the son and grandson of men who were, among other endeavors, stamp collectors their entire lives as well. I am in the process of liquidating their combined collections consisting of Mint and Used singles, blocks, plate blocks, sheets, covers, postal history and First Day Covers.
Having been the owner of a chain of brick and mortar retail stores – as well as an internet retailer – throughout the 1990s, I know what customers expect from the people with whom they do business, and my goal for every transaction is to offer nice material at reasonable prices while at the same time offering the highest level of customer service possible.
