We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Warranty We offer a Limited Warranty for our items (listed in the advert). We allow bidders to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price (Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable). If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable. If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer?s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.

Returning the item is of course possible, but !!
Before the item is sent to us, sufficient clear photos must be sent so that we can see that the item is completely undamaged.
The item can also be damaged during transport to our warehouse.
The more often it is sent via a carrier, the greater the chance of damage.
If this item is damaged, it will of course not be possible to make a refund/Credit Note.
After all, a damaged item cannot be re-sold by us.
The refund/ credit note is not created by us until the set is approved for the warehouse.
