I am not a professional grader and I cannot comment on what I think this comic would fetch as a CGC slab.  I keep all my comics bagged and boarded in a low-temp, low humidity, windowless environment (the man cave!). Please review the many high-res pictures to see the condition of the book, it's spine and  corners, etc.  Message me if you need more pictures or have questions.

Note regarding CBCS and CGC cases:
All of my graded comics have very nice cases; otherwise I wouldn’t post them for sale. However, if you have specific questions regarding the case, please ask, and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are new to buying graded comics keep in mind that even the most newly slabbed comic direct from CBCS or CGC can have micro imperfections in the case. These micro imperfections do not affect the grade or quality of the actual comic.
