This miniatures kits was produced by X-Acto as "The House of Miniatures Collectors Series" from 1976 to 1998. These Kits are NO LONGER being produced. 

This kit is old stock but in NEW condition. It is still Shrink-wrapped and UNOPENED. It includes all of the unassembled parts (Precision Machined Wood) AND instructions to create the piece of furniture in 1:12 Scale.
