PAYMENT
After performing the "Buy It Now", if you are unable to complete the Checkout, you can contact us to tell us the payment method you prefer.
Our products are shipped by SDA or GLS express courier, large appliances with Fercam courier. Delivery will take place only on working days, the courier makes the first delivery without notice.

RETURN
The customer has the right to open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the goods and GrandinGroup will send the customer the instructions to proceed with the return. The product must be in perfect condition, packed in an additional box to avoid damage during transport as well as in its original Integra packaging, complete with all its accessories. Furthermore, in order to issue the credit note and proceed with the refund, the customer must provide his tax code. Once the returned goods have been received, GrandinGroup reserves the right to check if the product is in the same condition in which it was sent and reimburse accordingly.
