INGREDIENTS:
Coriander, Chili, Cumin, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Common Salt, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Flakes, Onion Flakes, Mint Leaves, KasuriMethi, Anistar, Mustard, Dry Ginger &Thymol Seeds.
USAGE:
To cook 500gms. meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste, mix with 1tsp garlic and ginger paste, 4tsp hung curd. Add salt to taste. Cut, clean and marinate meat pieces with this mixture for two hours. Soak 4tsp Prakash Meat Masala in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat 4tsp oil; fry 2 sliced onions till golden brown. Add soaked Prakash Meat Masala, tomato puree and marinated meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add two cups water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Fish Curry Masala
INGREDIENTS:
Chilli, Haldi, Black Salt, Jeera, Sonth, Salt, Big Cardamom, Laung, Badiyan, Dalchini, Ajinomoto, Mallic Acid, Tomato, MethiPAtta, Garlic, Javitri.
USAGE:
Marinate the fish in salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes. Shallow fry the fish pieces, drain and keep aside. Grind onion, garlic and green chillies. Heat oil, add the paste and fry till the oil separates out. Add tomatoes and PRAKASH FISH CURRY MASALA and fry till the oil begins to float on top. Add required salt and water. Bring the gravy to a boil. Add the fish slices and cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve fish curry hot.
Egg Masala Powder
INGREDIENTS:
Red Chilli, Badiyan, Dalchini, Javitri, Elaichi, BadiElaichi, Black Salt, Mallic Acid, Green Chilli, Garlic, Turmeric, Jeera.
USAGE:
Heat 2 tbsp of the cooking oil in a deep pan and when hot, add onions. Fry till slightly golden. Grind tomatoes, green chilies into a smooth paste. Try not to add water while grinding. Add the paste you just made to it when it is hot. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic pastes, PRAKASH EGG CURRY MASALA, mix and fry till the oil begins to separate from the masala (onion-tomato-spice mix). Now add 2 cups of warm water to this masala and bring to a boil on a medium flame. Half slit the boiled eggs vertically and add them gently to the gravy. Add salt to it and cook for 10 minutes or till the gravy is thickened/ reduced to about ¾ of the original quantity. Turn off the fire and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
