The National Federation of Business & Professional Women's Clubs, Inc.  This metal sign is 30 inches in diameter.  Pretty good vintage condition with some scuffs and scratches.  Some discoloration around the screw holes.  Yellow, green and black.  Scratches to the yellow paint on the back of the sign.
