If your Delonghi coffee /espresso machine is dripping hot water from the bottom or hissing with the boiler on then the oring may be worn connecting the water pipe to or from the boiler
Worn pressure seals leak when the pump or boiler are running. These orings seal the hose entering the boilers, infusers, solenoid valves, etc. The ends connected to the boiler are the first to degrade due to the high temperatures. Youtube has videos on checking these hoses but be sure to unplug and let your coffee maker cool before opening it. I am not responsible for work you do on your coffee maker.
You will see drip marks where the hoses go in or out of the boiler.
Be sure the hoses are not leaking along their length due holes cause by vibration.
If you determine the leak is coming at the hot water pressure hose into or out of the boiler then this fix is for you.
I installed this part in my EC155 in about about 20 minutes. Your time may vary.
Using hardware store orings will likely have a short life as the boiler temperatures are too high for those Nitrile rubber seals. These replacement food grade silicone seals are designed to withstand 400 Degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius) - which is well above boiler temperatures.
Boilers usually have 1 or 2 connections plus other hoses in the machine can leak - this kit includes 6 orings so you will have spares for the future
