Your printed toppers will arrive on 2 A5 sized sheets for you to cut using a pair of clean, dry scissors or sharp craft knife. Simply cut around the images and apply them to your cakes.

Pre Cut toppers will arrive ready to use straight from the bag

To add a little extra detail, punch a hole through the printed eyelet and add a little strawberry lace for the string.

These are suitable for ALL homemade or shop bought cakes. Our Toppers are printed using edible inks on quality edible rice wafer paper or icing paper

Please Note: Pictures printed on Rice paper are NOT as crisp and clear as those printed onto standard white paper or icing paper. This is normal as the rice paper is slightly opaque and contains imperfections. At first glance they will look a little faded though the print will become more vibrant once the topper has been applied to the icing on the cake. Some colours look different on screen to the actual colours of the toppers depending on your settings.

The toppers have a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of order. If the toppers are not to be used upon receipt they should be kept in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Returns Policy:

We cannot accept returns on personalised items, as these are made to order and therefore cannot be resold. As this is a food item and it cannot be resold, we will only accept returns if there has been a mistake made on our part or you received the product in poor condition.
We are human and on the rare occasion may make a mistake, but we will always rectify this for you in a timely and professional manner.
Postage:

I send all items out the next working day from when the payment has been received. Free postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your toppers sooner, please add the correct postage to your order.

Items purchased on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday as I do not want food items sitting in the postal system for prolonged periods of time.

Royal mail is not a guaranteed service, therefore I cannot be held responsible for any delays in arrival. If your order is delayed by my doing, I will let you know.

First class is approx 90% next day delivery, 2nd class can take up to 4 working days.

About Us:

I create and print my toppers in my spare time and firmly believe in excellent customer service and my premium quality products. My portfolio is growing by the week so if you can't see the design you would like, simply message me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

All of my toppers are made to order and are brand new. I do not have a 'stock pile' of toppers. When you receive your order, they will have been printed for you as per your order. They will have a shelf life of at least 6 months as long as they are stored correctly in the resealable bag provided. Exact BBE or Use By dates will be provided in each order and are also available upon request.
