PAYMENTS and REFUNDS are made through eBay Managed payments

CANCELLATIONS:

If you decide you don’t want your order and haven’t yet submitted payment, please request a Cancellation --- which will be accepted.   Otherwise, Ebay will open an Unpaid Item Case If payment isn’t received after eight (8) days. 

 If you have already paid for an item, then decide you don't want it, request to cancel immediately or very soon afterwards,  as your item or items ship either the same day or the next Business day; otherwise you will have to return it for refund.

REFUNDS:

The Enchanted Cottage offers a money-back or replacement guarantee (inventory permitting).   For example…if Tracking Information… indicates that your package was NOT delivered, the Enchanted Cottage will either refund your total purchase price or replace your item…. if inventory permits. 

If your eBay ADDRESS OF RECORD in incorrect or insufficient, USPS will probably return it to the Enchanted Cottage.  At that time, your costs will be refunded and you may re-purchase it if you so choose.  You must ensure your eBay address of record is correct.

If the Item was damaged during shipment, please contact me soon as possible.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as mistakes do happen…and I will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

We are now required by law to collect sales tax in many states.

On June 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in favor of a case (the state in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc)  to allow taxation on remote sales (online sales). This means that many states now require sales tax to be collected for them.
