Returns are accepted within 30 days at a cost to the buyer. We do not provide a free returns service. Refunds will be processed via PayPal upon receiving the item back.

Please note we do not offer partial refunds on items in any cases - the item must be returned for a full refund.

April 2020 Update: We are currently still processing orders as normal, strictly following the government's advice - one postal drop is made daily monday to friday at 11:30am. Please be aware some services are experiencing delays due to the ongoing situation so your item may take a little longer to arrive.

All items purchased and paid for prior to 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders completed after the 11am cut off point will be dispatched the next working day.

All our orders are sent via tracked or signed for eBay Packlink delivery providing the sale total is over £20.00 (Items under this amount will be sent via a standard service). Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail, Hermes (3-5 days) or UPS (next working day). We will decide which courier we feel is best on an individual item basis, if you wish to request another courier or specific delivery method please get in touch and we can provide you with a cost for this.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal or cash on collection.

Payment is required within 2 days of purchase.

Any unpaid items will result in an unpaid item report being filed.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the buyer and Boxxd will take place on the despatch of items to you of the products ordered.

All our used items are tested before listing so we can confirm the current condition of the item. As some of our items are used or listed as spares and repairs this must be taken into consideration when purchasing, we would request buyers use common sense when purchasing these listings as they will not be as new.
