This listing is for the 3D-printed plastic dust hood **_ONLY_**.  It is designed to work with your stock blade guard (**_NOT INCLUDED_**) that came with the table saw (**_NOT INCLUDED_**).

This is the new and enhanced dust collection hood that sits on top of the saw blade guard on a SKIL TS6307-00 Table Saw.  It virtually eliminates dust from flying into your face and body.  I was inspired by the SawStop blade guard dust collector and wished something similar existed for the more budget-friendly SKIL.  Please note that this will ONLY fit the SKIL TS6307-00 Table Saw.  There is a picture of the TS6307 in the listing.

**You will need to REMOVE the translucent piece of plastic on the bottom of the inner blade guard.  It's held in by clips and is easy to remove.

Improvements to the original version includes a longer and flushed nose that increase area of vacuum.  Small clips also help align and semi-lock the hood into place, preventing it from lifting up.

Please watch the quick video and notice how much dust is sprayed into the operator, and this is with the bottom dust collector running.  It's difficult to appreciate in a 6s clip, but for someone with respiratory problems, this has helped me tremendously!

There are now *3* different hose connection types:  Standard 2 1/2" OD, Large 4" OD, and Small 1 1/2" OD.

Available colors include opaque red, translucent frosty and black.  Even though the filament start out as clear, once 3D printed, the final product takes on a more "frosty" appearance due to the nature of 3D printing (layers and refraction).

Please note that like all 3D printed products, there may be some minor surface blemishes, even though we print everything on high-end prosumer grade printers in a heated chamber and enclosure.  It is the nature of the beast.  Please understand this before purchasing.  This does not affect functionality in any way.
