In 2013, Montegrappa will be celebrating the life of the universally-admired performer with its “Icons Tribute To Elvis Presley,” in honor of Elvis, who transformed popular music at the midpoint of the 20th century and became one of the most important figures in the history of recorded music.

Four models will represent important phases in Elvis’ career from 1956 to 1977. The number “4” recalls the legendary “Million Dollar Quartet” of Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis, the pioneering Sun Records artists who met for one occasion only, and the date on which it occurred, December 4th, 1956. Each pen possesses a resin body in a color suggestive of the each era, with sterling silver or vermeil accents. The fountain pen nibs are engraved with the full-height profile of Elvis at the microphone. Other details unique to each pen and the packaging also denote the specific stage of Elvis’ career.

In the event of a product return LGC will not be responsible for the associated shipping costs to the purchaser or the shipping costs of the return to LGC.

Title and risk is deemed to pass to the buyer once LGC delivers the goods to the shipping or transport company. Product Warranty Information 60 Day LGC Return Warranty (Manufacturer's Warranty May Not be Transferable)

LGC does not guarantee this product has manufacturer warranty. This product has LGC 60 Day Return Warranty on product functionality from the date of purchase. If you have questions regarding our warranty please call 1.888.LGCAN.75.

LGC warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that affect product functionality for the 60 Day Warranty Period. LGC warranty does not include a "warranty of fitness for a particular purpose". If defects, cosmetic or otherwise, are disclosed in the listing, no warranty is provided. If the purchaser encounters a defect within the 60 Day Warranty Period, LGC will (at its option) issue a refund, repair or replace the product at no charge to the purchaser provided the product has been returned to LGC at its head office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. LGC will not be responsible for carriage and transportation costs of the product return. Products being returned must be properly packaged in the original LGC packaging or, in the alternative, suitable packaging approved by LGC prior to shipping. To obtain warranty the purchaser must first contact LGC to obtain a "Return Material Authorization (RMA) number." Upon return the purchaser must note the RMA number and, in the case of international returns, must make proper notations on the commercial invoice indicating the product is being "returned for repair". LGC's 60 Day Return Warranty does not include; i) normal wear and tear ii) abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect iii) damage caused during use  iv) damage caused by the use of ancillary equipment v) damage caused by modification or repair not authorized by LGC vi) damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging vii) damage caused by lack of protection by way of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) viii) products that are determined to be stolen. LGC will only be responsible for refunding the purchase cost of the product and is not responsible for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory.

Return Policy

Purchased items may be returned to LGC within 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchasers must obtain an RMA number prior to the return of a purchased product. LGC will not be responsible for carriage and transportation costs of the product return. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable to the purchaser. Products being returned must be properly packaged in the original LGC packaging or, in the alternative, suitable packaging approved by LGC prior to shipping. Purchasers will be charged a 15% restocking fee for non-defective product returns.
