Fits Kawasaki Z1300 OR KZ1300

The original OEM part number was 51023-1028 which HAS now been discontinued

This is a brand new reproduced fuel tap and rubber seal to fit the Kawasaki models listed above. These taps have the primer setting so that you can prime the carbs without running the bike.

Note that our tap has the fuel outlet on the right as does the original as well as a vacuum pipe on the rear left hand side.

This means that you will need to run a vacuum tube between this tap and a carburettor balancing point or other vacuum line in order to make it work.

Don't mess about trying to reseal your 35 year old original fuel tap. I've tried all that and it just doesn't last. They generally leak through the front or stop flowing fuel which is the last thing you want when you are riding at 80 mph.

Also the Kawasaki seal kits are an expensive gamble too because the inside of the tap will require a day of ultrasonic cleaning to get the hardened gunge and crystals out before you can even think about fitting the new seals!

My taps are as good as you are going to buy, I've searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the best!

We check each tap before dispatch for any casting errors and tightness of the tap.

To date, I have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer.

Fitting this will eradicate all the usual problems of the tap not working and fuel not flowing or leaking taps.

These taps also have a prime setting. This can be used to fill the carburettors if the bike has been laid up for a while. It allows fuel to flow continuously and should not be used instead of the vacuum function.

These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!

Mounting Hole diameter is 6.5mm for your 6mm bolts

Connection to fuel line: 8 mm internal diameter pipe

Vacuum connection: 5 mm pipe.

Our taps have the internal syphon pipe which is also a filter.

We wouldn't recommend relying on that as you don't want to be removing this tap once it's fitted and sealed so I would recommend that you fit an inline filter too.

1st class postage is £2 extra.
