I have research prices using first eBay, Esty, Replacements and other online selling sites as well as Googling for items for descriptions etc.

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS ACCETED; but in case eBay deems so a refund will be made ONLY IF ITEM IS RETURNED TO SELLER; BUYER is RESPONSIBLE for all return shipping fees back to SELLER, Item must be returned in condition it was received with original packaging included.  Within new packaging. And after item has been RETURNEDto seller and RECIEVED by seller a refund will be processed to buyer.
