Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that performs a number of diverse and important functions in the body: it contributes to maintaining healthy bones and teeth, helps maintain normal blood calcium levels, proper muscle and immune function, proper absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus, and participates in cell division.

An inadequate supply of vitamin D can occur with unbalanced nutrition, in countries with moderate sunshine, during cold, sun-poor winters.

How to use: 1 time a day 1 capsule preferably in the morning with a meal, with enough water.

Storage method: store in sealed container at room temperature, out of reach of young children. Do not exceed a storage temperature of 25°C and for a storage period of more than three months, store the product in the refrigerator.
