Antique English Victorian carved dark oak arm chair dating back to the second half of the 19th century.
This wonderful old chair features Jacobean style carvings, turned front legs with short splay back legs all terminating in small casters.
Upholstered in newer medium blue linen fabric with coordinating brocade trim. The cushioning is very comfortable and strong and there is some slightly faded spots to the front of the seat.
There is old repairs to the back and losses to the carved bracket at the back top of the right arm as shown in the pictures. There is also expected wear, dings and imperfections throughout adding to the old world charm of this fantastic chair.
Over all in solid, sturdy condition with age appropriate flaws.
