Small/Fancy selection is the smaller in size (bite size) and drier texture. 
Delicious, still tender and excellent for small accents, decorations on plates or simply a smaller serving size. 

Large and Jumbo are drier in texture than the other selections, except small, but differentiated by size.


Choice is our most value per pound classification.

It is classified by the loose skin soft, wet date develops after naturally drying. 

The difference is effectively just the appearance which is easily noticable is you look at the listing pictures.


Soft is medjool with higher water content. This selection is highly recommended for cooking and melts in your mouth due to its smooth texture.
