What is our process?

• We buy candy in large bulk orders, once we have the candy they are separated by color under strict sanitary guidelines in our workshop.
• The candy is then stored in air-tight containers with desiccant dryers to preserve freshness.
• Once an order is placed, the candy is placed in a vacuum sealed bag and shipped to you!

Why do some flavors/colors cost different amounts?

It's all based on supply and demand. Some flavors are much more popular than others and require more work to acquire, whereas, less popular colors we tend to have more of and offer at a discounted price to move inventory.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order (wrong color, damaged packaging, etc) Please message us as soon as possible and we will quickly resolve the issue.

**Please note that once USPS has your package, Candy-By- The-Color is no longer held reliable for that package. If there is any issue regarding your package after it has left our resident I encourage you to file a claim through USPS. **
