This Hosco 3 Ply Scratchplate is in the Gibson Les Paul style with a bevelled outer edge and cut outs for humbucker pickups. The mounting bracket and hardware are included (bracket sits higher above the body than those supplied with Gibson USA guitars). Please check the humbucker spacing as this can vary largely across guitars.
