We often get items that don't quite meet our quality control standard, or are returned items, or items damaged in transit.  Rather than scrap these we choose instead to offer them at a reduced prices as "seconds".  The item will be as described and will not be a perfect product (we do get the occasional custom sized door made to the wrong size and these can be perfect in quality).
