- A core charge has been included in price. That core charge will be refunded automatically back onto your original method of payment upon receiving your core cylinder.
- Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core cylinders.
- Broken skirts, cracks into the water jacket, ports, or cylinder wall & O-ring groove damage are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund.
- Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund.
- Cores that are returned without the core return paper are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all.
