Pages of the manual itself are in GOOD to VERY GOOD condition, with no rips or tears or missing pages, but there is some staining along the bottom of the last few pages, and minor smudges or other marks are observed on about 5 pages. (See photos for examples.) Front and back covers have some staining (see photos #1 and 3). Priced accordingly.
