Vintage glass ashtray from The Kettle Restaurant and Cocktails located in Anaheim California.   Overall condition is very good, there are two very small scratches in the glass on the outside bottom, no chips. The paint on the back is nice and dark with some small pinholes. 

Piece measures 4 inches in diameter by 1 inch in height.
