Vintage Mendi Coat of Arms Ceramic Ashtray Gold Paint Sebastian....

This is a ceramic Code of Arms ashtray.....Made by Mendi...It measures about 4 1/2" diameter....Not sure how to read it maybe Italian??  The name Sebastian is there.. Used very good condition, Gold paint is worn on rim...see photos...
