Vintage user wear and scratches, nothing major. 

Barrel imprint is light but mostly readable.

The 14k nib* marked:  Warranted 14k NO 2.

Nib looks to be a Fine with good Flex.

The restoration involves disassembling the pen, cleaning, or replacing needed parts, and lubricating as needed. The Nib is smoothed and aligned and tested. The pen is then polished to restore its Beauty.
