You can send your image(s) to us via email please use the details above. If we do not receive your image we will contact you with further details and the image request.
PLEASE NOTE: Include your Full name ebay username in the subject bar of the email. Please also include your full name and order number in the email this will ensure quick processing as we need to match your image to your order. Please save our email address to your contacts prior to sending to ensure any replies do not go to your spam / junk folder.
You should receive a confirmation email within 24hrs that we have your image If you do not, please get in touch to ensure there is no delay with your order. Ensure you have all the relevant information for processing images in the message.
Choosing your image
To check an image for sharpness zoom in close on your device before sending. Facebook/social media images can be small, please request a quality check if unsure.
If you have any doubts about your picture size / quality please ask for a check when sending images.
Email us with "Quality Check" in the subject, you can get our email from the business details link to the top right of our profile page.
To ensure quick processing of your order please try to send a suitable image right after purchase as the delivery estimates could run over if we need to make further checks regarding image(s) supplied.
Please try to match the image size with your order. If you send a 20” x 20” image it will not fit a canvas ordered at 30” x 20” and adjustments will have to be made resulting in a manufacturing delay.
The better the quality of the image the better your product is going to be. The best images will have a dpi of 300 or above and the file size will be above 750kb’s.

What is Lamination and How it Protects Your Print (Optional)
Protect, Enhance, Strength. Jess Prints would always recommend your canvas is Laminated.
Your canvas will be laminated with an extra layer of Gloss to protect it and enhance the colour. Please note this gloss finish could reflect light in some circumstances. This could create a glare on the product when hung on the wall if in direct sunlight or artificial lights.
To laminate a material is to reinforce it with an added layer of a different material. The idea is to get better performance in one or more ways? more strength, improved appearance, greater durability and so on.
Jess Prints laminate their canvas using a thin layer of plastic or similar material, aiming to protect the canvas against four main threats:
- discolouration caused by dust and impurities
- everyday abrasion (wear and tear)
- moisture damage (warping etc)
- UV-induced fading
Canvas laminate is usually prepared with UV inhibitors that will help to prevent colour fading? a real benefit for canvas prints, which are rarely covered by glass etc.
Lamination also protects against moisture damage and helps in the maintenance of your canvas. The laminated surface can safely be wiped clean of grease, dust, and other impurities. Lamination also provides scratch resistance, defending your print against wayward fingernails and sharp objects.
Jess Prints strongly recommend your canvas is laminated to help protect it against everyday wear and tear. This process is optional.
Lamination adds another layer of material to the canvas. During the framing of the canvas the corners are folded. With the addition of the Laminate, it does make the corner folds more noticeable on the completed product. This is due to folding two layers of material instead of one. Some ripples may occur next to the folds. This does not constitute a fault with the product.

However, Jess Prints reserves the right to remove, delete, block or rectify such content at its own discretion and to, without prior notice, deny the uploading User access to Jess Prints
- if any complaint based on such content is received.
- if a notice of infringement of intellectual property rights is received.
- upon order of a public authority; or
- where Jess Prints is made aware that the content, while being accessible via Jess Prints, may represent a risk for Users, third parties and/or the availability of the Service.
