TO GET COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT:
USING EBAY CLASSIC SITE www.eBay.co.uk (Usually on laptops etc and not in the eBay app):
- Click 'Add to basket' (below the 'Buy It Now' Button).
- When finished adding all items to your basket click on 'Request Total From Seller'.
- I will then amend the postage on the invoice and send it back to you to make payment.
ON EBAY APPS (Usually on mobile phones):
- Not all eBay apps support the above process.
- You can pay for multiple listings and you will be refunded any overpaid postage.
COURIER SERVICE (mainland UK):
- Once packaged, booking is for next day collection at the earliest (not Sat/Sun).
- If the listed courier does not transit to your address within the listed price (eg, but not always and not exclusively: BT, IM, HS, ZE), an alternative will be sourced. Sometimes this may unfortunately incur an extra cost - please enquire as my rates are fair - you would also be welcome to cancel any order already made at this stage.
- I will use alternative services and couriers on request.
- If you need a faster service than that listed please contact me before ordering to discuss.
POSTAL SERVICE (mainland UK):
- Please check neighbours and sorting office (even if a card has not been left) before enquiring or opening a case for non delivery.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
- Most of my items can be shipped using the Global Shipping Program (GSP).
- Returns may not be provided (outside of ebay policy) on international listings and taxes are your responsibility.
- International buyers can request mailing to UK international forwarding shipping companies with whom they have made arrangements.
ABOUT THE DESCRIPTION:
- 'First' and 'Second Quality' is determined by the manufacturer and cannot change.
- 'Condition' refers to use and wear following manufacture:
*Photo's - what is photographed, is what you receive.
*Measurements and weights - all are approximate.
*Condition descriptions - are as honest and open as possible, but it may not be possible to note every detail and must be considered relative to age/use.
*Condition Grading - I generally use the scale: Poor; Fair; Good; Great; Excellent (mint/as new including first or second quality).
*Listing - Any and all aspects (photos, specifics, details, descriptions etc) are contributory to the item description, so please ensure you have viewed and read the complete listing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS (UK):
- In the very unlikely event of breakage contact me with photos of the item to see if a replacement is available before opening a time bound case (if you open a time bound case I may not be able to get a replacement to you in time). You can still open a case later if not happy).
- Returns accepted within 14 days of buyer receipt when item does not match description or meet eBay policy. A return label will be sent to you by me (PLEASE DO NOT use more expensive labels provided by eBay).
- Buyer can otherwise pay return postage.
- If it's my mistake or responsibility (eg courier issues) I will refund partially or fully as applicable and in discussion with you in the hope you receive a satisfactory outcome.
- I'm here to help and stuff happens - please consider contacting me first before opening a case which you are always able to open, at any point thereafter due to eBay policy.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY - REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE:
- All goods are pre-owned; as buyers you are reducing waste whilst enjoying 'new things'.
- All items are cleaned using environmentally friendly products.
- All packaging is recycled (which takes time to obtain/sort) without compromising safe transit.
- All soft goods and ephemera is wrapped to prevent water damage in transit.
- Drop off service requiring a vehicle is timetabled to prevent single use journeys.
- All paperwork uses recycled paper.
- All waste is recycled appropriately whenever possible.
- Please help by reusing or passing on your packaging or recycling whenever possible.
