Sellers General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. Postage: Please collect in person if you wish to save postage costs. Normally I will post items within 48 hours after confirmed payment received.
2. Payment: Drafts, cheques and orders should be in sterling and drawn on a U.K. bank or post office. Buyer should arrange payment so as to reach seller as soon as possible but at least four days from close of auction. I may on occasion wait for payment to clear through bank before posting items, especially if for large amount or if buyer has small ebay feedback score.
3. Import Duties: International Buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
4. Returns: Request for returns should be reported within 7 days, and are not accepted unless agreed in writing in advance.
5. Refusal to Supply: Seller reserves the right to refuse supply of goods when; A. Buyer has eBay feedback score of under 10, or B. Buyer has chosen non-public disclosure of feedback, or C. Buyer has unverified or unconfirmed address with Paypal, or D. Where delivery address requested is different from registered address with eBay or Paypal. There is good reason to believe that transaction is fraudulent.
6. Risk: Buyer is responsible for all risks during postage/transit including loss or damage.
7. Other: Goods are sold As Is. E & O.E.
