What is Pesthemal ?

Pestemal is one of the oldest pieces of garment known to mankind.

Today it is used bathrooms, beaches , spas , saunas, any place you can imagine where cleaning , soothing, refreshing and recreating water meets the human body.

Cotton growing in the soil of Anatolia, is farmed and turned into yarn which is hand-loomed, washed , dried and turned into pestemal by the able hand of master craftsmen and craftswomen.

Our products are loomed in Denizli, one of the oldest known textile centers of Anatolia.

What is so special about peshtemal?

pestemal is light and soft. It is takes up very little space so it's easy to carry. Peshtemals are elegant and come in exquisite designs and colors.

It's an excellent absorber of water and dries quicly.
