Photograph Notes: View is to southeast from east side of Mill Office (Clare County Enterprise Board Building). Shown at right is where water flows back into River Fergus at a lower elevation after entering the water wheel at higher elevation causing the wheel to turn and operate equipment. Water flows into and out of waterwheel via narrow canals.
