We are using the laser removal and separator machine to remove the front glass from the cracked LCD unit then we will be replacing it with a brand new front glass.

How does this replacement service work?

1. Purchase the service if you are needing front glass only screen replacement for your watch (which is listed above).

2. Write down your passcode and put it in the package with the watch you will be sending to us. We need this information to be able to test your watch's functionality before and after the repair to make sure everything has done perfectly on our end. If you don't want to share your passcode that is okay however since we can't test your phone before and after the repair we cannot offer 30 days warranty such replacements.

3. Please make sure your watch is packaged securely to avoid damages during shipping.

4. Send it to the address we will be giving you after your purchase.

5. As soon as we receive the watch, we will start fixing it right away. It will be usually finished the same day.

6. Right after we finish fixing your watch we will make sure it is securely packaged, and return it back to you.  (except Sundays and holidays).

This service comes with a 30 day warranty but does not cover physical damage, or any pre-existing damage.

Before mailing in your watch, make sure your watch is not bent. We will not work on devices with this condition.
