Warranty/Returns/Notes

- Warranty date starts from date of purchase. 

- Item is returnable within 7 days from item arrival date however this is negotiable from case to case, all original packaging is required and item must not of been used, buyer pays any return postage. In order for a refund to be provided the item is to be assessed by our team, once all the terms of return have been met a refund will be provided minus return postage. 

- If a purchase is incorrectly made by customer error in terms of item not suitable for application or change of mind, shipping cost from purchase delivery and return delivery are required to be paid by the buyer.

- Please check that this product is suitable before purchase, information provided can be incorrect however we always do our best to have all our information 100% correct. 

Delivery

We use Australia Post as preferred delivery service, in some cases other methods will be used and you will be notified. Standard Postage times can vary between 1-7 Days.
