CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY. Delivery of the goals is UK mainland only. For Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of man, The Channel Isles and the Scottish highlands additional carriage charges will be incurred. We will email the additional amount to be paid prior to goods being despatched. You may cancel your order within seven days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied. Please report any damage to the goods or packaging straight away at the point of delivery to enable us to look into the problem and resolve. If the packaging is damaged please sign unchecked and damaged and please email a photograph prior to unpacking for investigation. Any obvious damage please identify to the driver and sign DAMAGED. We will send the photographs to the carrier and ask for an explanation. All the goods leave the factory in good condition however in the unlikely event that items are damaged in transit - very rare occurrence - we need to be able to show to the carrier the damage to be able to seek compensation for you. Any damage caused in transit will be replaced provided we and the driver from the carrier are notified at the time of delivery. We cannot seek compensation from the carrier for you if you sign as received in good condition as the carrier will argue that the damage may have happened after the goods were delivered. Any goods that customers wish to return must not be used in any way or unpacked but returned to us at the customer expense in the condition they were received in. (please add additional packaging if needed ) A refund will be made after we have received and checked the goods, (please advise us of any carriage charges incurred to enable us to add to compensation claim against carrier). To request a refund email the company within seven days and return goods. The item/s should not have been used and should be returned undamaged in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for any repacking, damage or loss of components on any returned items.
