A characteristic Staffordshire ware porcelain ceramic painted and glazed figure of an English tudor style building with red roof, black outlined windows and doors marked Shakespeare Saving Bank on a painted green base. The piece was made in the ceramics enclave of Staffordshire, England in the traditional style of the early 1900s. The piece is marked as “Staffordshire ware England” on the underside.
