I also ship thru the eBay Global Shipping Program and I pay for the US part of the shipping. (International customers are responsible for import fees and the international part of shipping which is automatically calculated by eBay. This amount cannot be changed by the seller).
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. No restocking fees.
