Antique Japanese Imari Hand Painted Scalloped Edge Plate produced in the mid/late 1800’s of the Meiji period.

Plate is hand-painted in the typical Imari style featuring a flower bouquet and Phoenix painted in green, red and blue colours. Plate is scalloped around rim, unmarked and has cobalt blue symbol decoration to the underside.

Approx 22cm in diameter

Plate in good condition, some age related wear and chips, no significant damage and is excellent for age.
