Type of Gemstones: Could be Glass, Sapphire, Kyanite, Tanzanite, Topaz, Tourmaline, Zircon, or others...I just do not know--I'll leave that up to the experts out there.
Saw this on another ad: "JPR is a listed silversmith in The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks by Billie Hougart on page 88. I date this piece 1940's / 50's."

Condition: Impossible to see with the naked eye, when I look with a Loupe I am able to see tiny chips around the edges of the face-looking stones and there's one little ding chip on one of the square stones, but again, one cannot see these with the naked eye. I polished the Sterling a little, but it still needs further cleaning/polishing. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".
