This is a new sticker featuring the flag of the Romanian Socialist Republic. This specific flag was in use from 1965 to 1989. 

Sticker is 3" x 5", printed on 6 mm vinyl. Union printed (CWA Local 6300) and made in the U.S.A. Liquid laminated, guaranteeing a minimum of 10 years in direct elements.
