This sharpener puts the longest points imaginable on your drawing pencils! Graphite, colored pencils, even many charcoal and pastel pencils!

Just insert the pencil all the way in, grasp the sharpener with one had and turn the crank with the other. The sharpener automatically feeds the pencil so that it's very gently sharpened. When the it's done, just turn the crank one or two turns in the opposite direction to release the point from the cutters.
There's even an adjustment to control the bluntness of the tip, and there's even a sandpaper block hidden in the shavings compartment to customize the point.

I know that some artists just love the slow, meditative time they have to spend using a razor blade to shave down the points of their pencils hoping to get their point long enough before it breaks and they have to start all over again, but if you'd rather use that time for DRAWING, you need this sharpener!
