Please refer toinstructions specific to your product, found inside the packaging. Floor preparation may be required for off-centre waste positions. Please discuss with your builder/plumber before tiling and waterproofing your bathroom.
- Note 2: Shrinkage lines, air holes, casting marks and otherblemishes on the underside of the product (where they cannotbe seen once installed) do not adversely affect performance andshould not be regarded as defects.
- Note 3: Scratches occurring during installation can be removed byrubbing with a 1500+ grit waterproof abrasive paper and water.For best results limit sanding to the smallest possible area around the scratch.

Should you be interested in any of our excellent products, please email or contact us prior to purchasing for a quote.Emails are usually replied within usual trading hours. It takes 2-6 working days to deliver on the major metropolitan/city areas. It takes 3-12 working days to deliver to WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas. ONLY small parcel can be delivered to PO BOX.
Please note: All items sold will only be held for 3 days unless a deposit or full payment has been made.
Please be advised, unless otherwise arranged with HD RENO, the charge of delivery is on the condition that yourself or someone on behalf of you will be available to sign for goods upon delivery and to assist the driver unload large / heavy items.
All deliveries are unloaded to the main entrance of the building/house.
In the case of no one being available on time of delivery, an extra charge will need to be paid for prior to re-delivering the freight.
PACKAGING:
HD RENO will pack your order to the best of our abilities. For most local or interstate deliveries, goods are usually packed on a skid or pallet.
DISPATCH:
Please be advised delays may occur from time to time as some products might need to be ordered or may be bulky and fragile were extra care and packaging will be necessary in order to prepare item for transport.
Transport companies may also delay deliveries according to weather conditions.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY.
RETURN POLICY:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 2 business days after you receive the item. We will give you instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging. When we receive the product and the conditions of this returns policy have been met, we will give you a full refund or a free replacement. Refunds will be applied to the same account that you paid us from.
If we consider that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective), we will not provide you with a refund or replacement and we will return your product to you.
We reserve the right to limit the number of times that we will accept returns from you. If we think that our products or services just won't suit you, we will complete your latest return and advise you that you should look for an alternative service.
If you choose item by your fault or change your mind, for Free Postage listings, we'll charge 20% of total amount as re-stocking fee, which includes original postage and handling fee. After we receive your parcel and check the conditions of it, if all good, we'll refund you 80% of total amount; for freight listings, we won't refund Postage and we'll charge 10% of item price as restocking fee.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We only accept returns within the 30 day return period. If a return older than 30 days reaches our warehouse, HD RENO cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under this Return Policy.
Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
WHEN will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by HD RENO to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier).
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
