Found this wrapped in paper one has a 1/8" long fleabite/chip on the edge see picture 12. 
The edges are not beveled and are not polished, which tells me that this mirror sits inside a frame.
Thickness of this mirror is roughly 5/64"
Dimensions 17-1/2" X 8".
Absolutely beautiful and unused.
