We have reverse engineered a perfect fitting cup holder insert for the 2nd row holders of Sequoias. These may fit other years. If they fit yours, please let us know.

We include detailed instructions with color pictures. Changeout is less than 30 minutes. You only need a screwdriver and a 10mm socket or nutdriver.  Replace those crumbly, ripped, non-funtional inserts with brand new replacements.  See the pics for installed and uninstalled appearance.
